Terrible!!!!

I am ashamed to be Dutch. This is the worst flight app ever. KLM says it has passbook functionality, forget it! There is no way to get the boarding passes in passbook. The app from Lufthansa shows you how to do it and what an excellent app looks like. Moreover, while checking in, my partner got the SMS with the boarding pass link and I never got it despite sending it several times. This takes time and is completely useless and annoying. Furthermore, the in-flight service is deteriorating as well. For me, only Lufthansa and no more KLM!! You should reset and go back to real good Dutch values and try to make it up. I needed to give one star although this is still too much for this app.
