The app isnt working and provided a frustrating experience.
Seat change was not possible as the app was unable to process credit card info. Calling in and speaking to an operator allowed the change with the same credit card. So it was not a card issue but an app issue.
Changing meals, easy to do with the previous app, is no longer possible. Again - call in required.
Check in is cumbersome. Exiting app to retrieve eg passport info throws you out if the check in process and you have to start all over.
Adding boarding passes to the passport app does not work. Only the connecting flight is added, not the originating flight.
None of these were issues with the previous app version. If it aint broke dont fix it. This new version is a terrible experience - debug it before you launch it on your customers!
