Thanks KLM for this very handy app! Slick design, useful services, all you need while on the go!

The title is enough, this app is ANNOYING with a capital A. Doesnt work, or, rather, works just enough to get you involved and then you realize it was all for nothing. HUGE disappointment. I would have voted 0 stars if that had been possible, but, no.

Keep crashing when trying to open it. Useless

Nice app but since the Maj it is impossible to check in online anymore. Help please.

Unable to obtain boarding passes. Apps are supposed to help passengers they are not only to market more stuff.

After the last update, the app doesnt run anymore on iOS 8.1. Waiting the next release.

navigation airport does not work. The app closes.

There is no more Flying Bleu miles transaction info anymore. A big loss compared to the previous app

This app is not working, its absolutely useles and KLM should be ashamed releasing such an app. Seriously, this is really bad!

I am ashamed to be Dutch. This is the worst flight app ever. KLM says it has passbook functionality, forget it! There is no way to get the boarding passes in passbook. The app from Lufthansa shows you how to do it and what an excellent app looks like. Moreover, while checking in, my partner got the SMS with the boarding pass link and I never got it despite sending it several times. This takes time and is completely useless and annoying. Furthermore, the in-flight service is deteriorating as well. For me, only Lufthansa and no more KLM!! You should reset and go back to real good Dutch values and try to make it up. I needed to give one star although this is still too much for this app.

Passbook functionality didnt work :(

Very slow, often crashes, not up-to-date flight status info, uncomfortable to use, no passbook. Why other airlines provide this service better and faster?

Just tried to do the check in through the app on my iPhone 4S. The pages are not fit on the iPhone screen. A lot of sideway/up-down scrolling needed. And in the end you cannot load the boarding pass into Passbook. Absolutely useless. Guys from KLM: if you want to see how an app should function to and check the Lufthansa app (for iPhone and iPad)! Works flawlessly.

Why cant a party of two or more use the passbook functionality?? Passbook is the only sense of that app. You will be able to get the boarding passes as mobile sized pictures but wouldnt need the app for that.

Easy to use, fast, I enjoyed the Check-In:)

Update 7.2 crashes on iPhone 6 during login.

keeps crashing constantly at check-in with iPhone 6 and latedt iOS. Completely infunctional.
