KLM - Book a flight App Reviews

How can KLM coders forget to include this simple functionality? Theres no way just to check flight status without entering a booking code!

Where is this?

The new app has finally gone native, with a refined interface that feels a lot less clumsy. Im giving four cautious stars until I can fully test it on my next trip.

... you should fix the Boarding Pass feature, it works 50% of the times, especially when im in the queue to board and theres no Boarding Pass option anymore...

Doesnt let to check in on some cases where you can do it via web site(but it says you should go to the counter).

Repeatedly prompts me to login. Keeps giving me an error when I try to check in for my flight too. Disappointing.

The app isnt working and provided a frustrating experience. Seat change was not possible as the app was unable to process credit card info. Calling in and speaking to an operator allowed the change with the same credit card. So it was not a card issue but an app issue. Changing meals, easy to do with the previous app, is no longer possible. Again - call in required. Check in is cumbersome. Exiting app to retrieve eg passport info throws you out if the check in process and you have to start all over. Adding boarding passes to the passport app does not work. Only the connecting flight is added, not the originating flight. None of these were issues with the previous app version. If it aint broke dont fix it. This new version is a terrible experience - debug it before you launch it on your customers!

Looks like app is improving now. First time I have noticed app showed me full right info after seat change in website. Kudos to KLM!

this app is not user friendly and most of the times does not work, i can never enter passenger information so my TSA pre- aproved does not show on the boarfing pass etc.... klm should re- desing this from scratch!!!!! before add ing UBER....

I was hopful .. however it does not find my any flights. Main website shows me several flights on different days of the week. The app says there are no flights for ANY of the days. Useless :(

Still cant find flight status. This is dumb.

Cant check flight status or get notifications, the #1 thing you would want from an airline mobile app.

I like the app and it is easy to use

I checked in for my international flight on the KLM app and it was the quickest check in ever. It was like "review your documents" "agree with the policy" "you are checked in".

User friendly and fast makes check a breeze

This app has been useless since klm changed from a native developed version to this hybrid version: extremely slow, passbook interface not working, can not show boarding pass when you need it fast (at security or gate) due to dependency on network connection, flying blue mileage not accurate/ updated, etc. please fix this app!

The price is much higher than before.

This app was written very incompetently. Surprised Apple reviewed and approved this app. Other airlines apps are less amnesiac!

The original version had a better layout and was easy and intuitive to use. I cant even find a log-in or any access to Flying Blue for mileage tickets. Why?
