The KLM app is o. k., but the Delta app is really good!!!

Like this App for my trips, easy booking, check in and handling my ACC! Better than apps from Lufthansa ore Delta Airlines. Good work Guys ;)

First of all, I am glad KLM finally has an app!!! Basic functionality but it feels a lot like an iPhone interface into the KLM website. Id recommend to take a look at the apps from Delta and Air Canada which are truly fantastic! I am looking forward to future releases with better graphics, more functionality and innovation. Again, glad KLM finally launched an app though (about time!).

Nice app, does its job Clean look Logical navigation and doesnt launch you into safari for results, too many apps launch you into mobile versions of their website Good job

Like this app very much. Found it handy during my travels to check-in, change and upgrade my seat, and check flight status and schedule. The interface and design is very clean and easy to use. Well done KLM! Pleasure flying with you!

Im in the airport right now an this app doesnt tell me anything that I want to know about flight. Absolutely useless.

I have a KLM account, but when trying to login with this app, I get the «Unable to login at this time» error message most of the time. Very frustrating. Also, it doesnt link to passbook.

Its crashing whenever I try to open

Cant find my existing bookings which i have and asks to be logged in which I also have. Looking for my bookings by code and last name just takes me back to bookings with no message. Kinda useless

Please improve the UI design. Add bag allowance information. Add airport information, shops, and restaurants. Add airport map. Add online check in and also to select seats Add print feature. Add a feature to share the ticket and info via iMessage, mail, and Facebook in PDF and jpeg formats.

I made some temporary unpaid reservations online, some valid for a few hours and some paid wait and think ones. I picked one and paid for it thinking all the other temporary reservations would be deleted. But no theyre still showing and its annoying, They even allow me to change my seat and when to checkin! Ive tried deleting and reinstalling the app, logging in and out, but they dont go away!

would really love to be able to save my flying blue number or bar code in the passbook.. :)

Unusable app. All it does is show the splash screen for a second and then it craps out - every single time! This on iOS 8.1, fresh reboot, no other apps running. Dysfunctional app!

This used to be one of the worst airline apps available, but the team working on it now really understand what it means to provide amazing service on a smartphone. It seems like every update includes more and more relevant features. Keep it up!

Tried to check in online , app did not allow me to log in into my profile , however was able to enter all required fields to prices the check in. Now fir the advance information needed related to my passport number , I did enter my new passport number during the process , KLM profile also was updated earlier with my new passport number but the app did check me in generating a boarding pass with my old passport number , please fix that bug as I think the app did not populate the life filed with updated information and rather still use the old information from the app cache

Always takes very long to load, crashes, etc. I end up using the mobile website as it works much better.

The latest updates make the app slow with lots of lag time between screens. The new photographs are nice but the My Trip page lacks that ticket feel. I liked the interactive page with the tickets and yes I liked the coffee cup too. I almost lost an entire booking with the new app and had to abort entirely and use a ... Desktop.
