Much worse than the old one. Impossible to read with pictures as background. In reservations u dont see the dates. In flying blue you dont see the flights but just the balance.

Awesom app. It seems already being on flight during navigation!

An error has occurred during my check-in (an alert is shown with message "error,please make your checkin at the airport...") but updating the content of the app (using pull and release) the check-in is appeared like completed successfully. However, great app!!

The arrival of V7 shows that V6 didnt really work that well. It was mainly the graphics that were wrong. Too dark. V7 is definitely an improvement. The check-in and seat selection procedures are fast as lightning.

Has all the features u want and works smoothly!

It was pretty easy to book a flight. Easy also to navigate during booking.

I love this airline app and its very user friendly as well as great use for my job which is traveling a lot. Great team and service

I obviously have internet connection since I am able to write this review, however, when I want to add my booking to the app, I type in my record locator and last name for the flight to Ams tomorrow, and I get a response showing the WiFi signal and text that says: "we cannot update the app due to a problem with the internet connection"??? What am I missing here?

One of the worst airline apps. The amount of lag after trying to press on any kind of button is extremely long (on iPhone 6s). Truly disappointing. Also paid for economy premium online and while checking in the app did not recognize the purchase asking me to pay again. 0 stars

Initially this app seemed great. I set up an account. I put in my flight details. Bam, all ready to go! I try to log in later and it wont automatically connect.. So then I try to guess which password I used. No go...so then I select the option to send an email to me with password information reset and the app goes nowhere...it just stalls. So then I try to login online and online, they want me to input my birthday information, ok, still no go. Yep, I usually get my birthday wrong:). Next up is to create another account with a different email. Set it all up and then go to login to the app-password and username doesnt exist????? I just set this up!!! What a waste of time.

The compulsory function that requires a travel document check is pointless, especially if that information is already saved in the profile. Its also annoying, and you should consider removing it. Ive also said this before, Ill say it again: when we the ability to change flights within the app be added? The Air France app offers this feature, and it doesnt ask me 100 times to verify my passport. Its also a much better app than KLM. Both airlines belong to the group, so one would expect to see a little more parity with these sorts of little things.

It is difficult to understand how such a big cooperate can let such an unfinished app be in the market. It has really bothering bugs.

It is impossible to add a booking using the booking code in your eTicket, therefore why should I use this app? I will have to take my ticket printed as in the past century. Thanks for nothing, what a waste of time!

So far everything that I want to do on it functions. Didnt encounter any crashes or slow loading.

For a travel app, this has incredibly limited use. About the only thing it lets you do is check in for a flight (and most times, if you check in via the website, it wont reflect accurate details in the app). You cant change flights via the app; or if you can, the function is hidden somewhere deep inside. On the plus side, it does make it very simple for KLM to nickel and dime you to death for all sorts of "perks". Ugh. Stick with the website. Its a mediocre airline but at least the website offers options.

Easy to use. Easy to change seats and get updated boarding pass. Hint hint Delta.

Crashes when I log in. Cant get past log in. Reinstalled to no avail. Grrrrrrrr!

Flight status has finally been added. Now it is as good as the old version of the app.

This is a handy app when you are constantly moving around and need to check in, upgrade seats, or check your itinerary.

The KLM app is useful and simple to use; I like the colors and the menu
