KLM - Book a flight App Reviews

Why cant I find out if my plane is on time without entering booking no? Dumb!! Pretty design does not make practical. I need info not pretty!!

Theres nothing in the KLM website in this app!! It need a lot of work to include a lot of options.

Look & feel is nice and clean. But why is there no option to track a flight? Also annoying you cant find a flight without entering a booking number. Take the Delta app as an example - easy tracking and flight updates. Plus when a loved one is on a flight I can even follow where hes flying.

This app is not easy for delta members to use. Since KLM is a major part in with Delta, please enable us to choose our seats and connecting flights in advance.

Still cant check flight status! Wake up KLM, that is a basic.

Its always "we dont fly everyday to this location" with these guys. Where the hell do you fly then???????

Weak app. Screen just goes gray and says "sit tight while we update your info" for 10 or 20 minutes when your trying to change your seat or see some other info.
