Great app with all the items sat your finger tips to quickly get to your flight details. Only one addition would be to have the option to add your KLM card to the Passport app for easier access.

Very well done and easy to navigate. I would expect nothing less from the Dutch!

I really looked forward to the update/upgrade. The app looks much better, but still it is not so easy to see all booked trips at a glance due to the changing background (destination based) pictures upon scrolling and too much scrolling that is needed to see all trips. Sometimes the text is difficult to read due to white parts in the background - a clean background would be so much better. When going into a booking, all info related to baggage allowance is incorrect. Flying Blue account has limited functionality (no Level miles displayed, no recent activity overview and expiration date is wrong). So a lot to be improved for the app to be really useful. I wish I could go back to the previous version - I am missing too much functions that I use a lot. For ease of use and great functionality take an example to the Delta App. They have done a wonderful job. Just copy-paste would be great!

redesign was kind of lipstick on a pig: more modern visual design but interactions are still clunky. background images combined with light typography create legibility issues. still seems like just a web view: even slower now than before. stop being frugal and get a real iOS app.

You cannot use it for anything. It isnt even possible to check in!

App has always been limited. New app gets dysfunctional in effort to highlight personalization. Not being able to check flight status without logging in is inane. Cant get to main site which one has to because app is limited in functionality.

A message appears "something went wrong " !!!!!

Need a flight status option like the old app so I can track my friends and family flying on KLM.

For a major airline this app is a failure in so many ways. For 1, when you sign in, you have to put in a booking number to get your flight information. You have a log in and password but the app does not remember your flights? What sense does this make.

if I have to go to your website, your app is useless.

Without being able to track flight status this app is almost useless. En route flights disappear once theyve taken off.

This app went from bad to worse. They should fire the team that developed this one. No clue on what people need from these apps. Key features such as flight status, ability to do few things without logging on, etc., are not there.

The most frequent use I have for an airline app is to find the status of flights either I or friends are taking. On time? Late? Gate information? Flight status is not even a feature of this app. The headline of the home screen says, “You can now manage upcoming trips.” Really? Only the outbound leg of booked trips are shown. Return flight details are not viewable, and it doesn’t show if I’m coming back from a different airport. And Book A Trip does not have the capability to return from a different airport than the outbound flight. So far I haven’t found one reason ever to use this app instead of the web.

This is the biggest disappointment from my favourite airline so far. I wont even bother explaining why. A new app is needed, totally redesigned, pls take example from BA. The KLM app would be a perfect example of user-unfriendly. Features? Feels like 2005!
