Cannot find the option button to add my flight in my passbook, application Has a old look and not optimized for new gen iphones

I cant add my flights to my passes. That should be fixed. Other than that, very organized and functional. Definitely worth downloading.

For at least last few weeks its impossible to make a booking coz of "service currently unavailable" Im considering uninstalling app.

Unfortunately Passbook implemantation doesnt work. Support cant handle it.

Application crushing all the time and still to Passbook support…

Install this app specially for buying tickets. Tickets were bought, money were debited fm my card and the same sum were freezed/reserved at my card. First time such situation with payments via internet by Visa. Bank says "Wait 30 days, then we unfreeze". Air France says: "Write claim. We give consideration during 30 days". So bad introdusing with KLM and AIR FRANCE. And trips not begun yet. Be careful.

Really easy to use

Good app functionality-wise but needs serious interface improvements because it looks really outdated on iOS7. Why not redesign the app for iPhone? The iPad app looks really good!

Where is Flying Blue now? First you deleted mileage review and claim missing miles. Now you deleted the whole section. This app makes no sense!

Add flyblue,why every time you need to register app?

Program hangs when updating. You cannot install or sting.

The new version (March 14) is definitely faster and more stable than the previous one BUT it fails to correctly show the number of miles and qualifying flights gained in the My Transactions view. PS: Still waiting for Passbook support, yeah!)

So this is supposed to be an app compatible with passbook, and they even list it as one... But try to check-in online using the app. When you check in, your ticket is NOT added to passbook and even if you try to scan it through the passbook app, it wont recognize it. Big fail, KLM. BIG, big fail.

Unfortunately this app requires iOS 7, which runs on iPhone 4 and above, therefore it is incompatible with iPhone 3 that cannot run iOS 7. This surprises me because I have apps from other airlines (BA, Air France, Norwegian) installed on my iPhone 3. KLM check-in opens 30 hours before the flight (unlike for example Jet-2 that allows check-in one month before the flight). If I am travelling then I do not always have access to a printer 30 hours before my flight, so I had hoped to be able to check-in to my KLM flights using my iPhone and store the boarding pass in PassBook. Unfortunately I would have to upgrade my iPhone to be able to do that. I wish that KLM had left the app backward compatible with iOS 6. For the time being I will have to continue to print my KLM boarding passes on to paper.

Works pretty well. Check-In easy and connected with passbook. Mileage level correct with all transactions shown. Satisfied.
