Money

Install this app specially for buying tickets. Tickets were bought, money were debited fm my card and the same sum were freezed/reserved at my card. First time such situation with payments via internet by Visa.
Bank says "Wait 30 days, then we unfreeze". Air France says: "Write claim. We give consideration during 30 days". So bad introdusing with KLM and AIR FRANCE. And trips not begun yet.
Be careful.
