Awful app

Initially this app seemed great. I set up an account. I put in my flight details. Bam, all ready to go! I try to log in later and it wont automatically connect.. So then I try to guess which password I used. No go...so then I select the option to send an email to me with password information reset and the app goes nowhere...it just stalls. So then I try to login online and online, they want me to input my birthday information, ok, still no go. Yep, I usually get my birthday wrong:). Next up is to create another account with a different email. Set it all up and then go to login to the app-password and username doesnt exist????? I just set this up!!! What a waste of time.
